Introducing: Paris Saint-Germain’s Property Department

Though the Club is best known for its players and sports teams, a number of people work behind the scenes to run the sites that host the players and fans, as well as managing the new building projects. A team of enthusiastic experts is in charge of building the future Training Center in Poissy. To address the key aspects of this project, they rely on the skills of the current site directors and the Club’s other departments, such as IT or Security. Architecture, site management, external relations, communication…all of these missions will bring the Paris Saint-Germain Training Center project to fruition. We talk to the staff at the very heart of the project.

“It is a thrilling project, given its size, the space and the different buildings that will be developed on the same site. We are so lucky to have the opportunity to take part in such an emblematic project, it’s fantastic for all of us.”
Nicolas Ramillon, Director

“Like all construction projects, this is, above all, a human project that pools the talents of those involved to work towards a common goal. A bit like an orchestra conductor, the project manager has to make sure that everyone finds their place and that we all have a role to play in this shared adventure. A good relationship with the locals is essential, and this is something to which I pay great attention.”
Perrine Nollet, Project manager

“The new training centre is an important step forward for the Club. Its architectural footprint and grounds, what it means to Paris Saint-Germain’s image, make this a major and meaningful project that will make a huge impact.”
Stéphanie Rousset, Project manager

“During the course of this highly ambitious project, I have learnt all about elite sport and the need for top-class facilities, and I have interacted with the future users (professionals, youth players, staff, etc.): it’s fascinating! It is also an interdisciplinary job, as I am constantly working with the Club’s other departments.”
Servane Crabot, Project manager
