Commitments

When building the PSG Campus, the Club committed to overseeing an exemplary building site that caused as little disruption as possible. This commitment led to a “Remarkable building site charter” being drawn up in 2019.

COMMITMENTS

The commitments stated in the charter are separated into four themes:

Limiting the disturbance caused by the building work in terms of noise, machinery and dust, managing the risk of pollution with dangerous products, protecting the site’s biodiversity.

Reducing the building work’s impact on resource depletion, by limiting its carbon footprint and resource consumption.

Carefully considering what materials are used, in terms of the supply chain, favouring local suppliers and responsible materials, and ensuring waste from the building site is managed properly, namely through recycling or reuse.

Ensuring the building site blends into the urban fabric, by holding regular discussions with the local inhabitants and providing comfortable facilities for the contractors.

The new training centre is an important step forward for the Club. Along with the Parc des Princes, the Ooredoo Center and the other sites, the Campus completes the Paris Saint-Germain ecosystem. Designed to an extremely high standard, and with the aim of setting an example, the site as a whole is designed for optimum performance, just like the other sites.
