Like all property projects, this is, above all, a human project that pools the talents of those involved to work towards a common goal. A bit like an orchestra conductor, the project manager has to make sure that everyone finds their place and that we all have a role to play in this shared adventure. A good relationship with the locals is essential, and this is something to which I pay great attention.
